2023 — The Idea
In 2023, while studying the online trading industry, we asked ourselves one simple but powerful question:
“Why is trading always a challenge against the market, but never against another trader?”
We identified three core issues in traditional platforms:
1) Low retention users register, but abandon within days.
2) Cold, technical interfaces built by engineers, for engineers.
3) No motivation to come back no goals, no challenge, no reward.
That’s where UTC – Ultimate Trading Competition was born: Not a platform. An arena. A place where trading becomes a dynamic, competitive, and rewarding experience.
2024 — From Concept to Prototype
We built the first real-time PvP engine for trading:
1vs1 matches
Timed challenges, ranking, progression
Missions, seasons, tournaments, v-UTC rewards
We integrated a ranking system over real charts, with real stakes.
And we tested it with selected brokers.
Result: +32% retention vs. traditional platforms.
Traders return - They compete - They improve.
Because the game pulls them back in.
2025 — From Technology to Product
In 2025, UTC Software was officially founded. That year marked the transition from idea to product.
After months of iteration and live testing, we launched the complete suite of UTC modules designed specifically for brokers.
We released UTC Arena®, the core of the platform a competitive environment where traders can engage in PvP duels, tournaments, and ranked challenges.
Alongside it came UTC Dashboard®, a powerful back-office and analytics system for brokers to monitor user behaviour, retention, and match performance.
We also introduced SkillRank®, our real-time ranking engine that tracks player progression and competitive performance with full transparency.
Today — Solving the Real Problems
UTC was born to fix what traditional trading platforms never addressed.
Traders often sign up, deposit, and disappear. There’s no reason to stay. We solved that by adding missions, player progression, and competitive structure mechanisms that keep users active and returning daily.
Most platforms fail to create emotional loyalty. They're just tools. We added meaning, goals, and achievements turning trading into a personal journey.
Conversion from marketing traffic is often poor. We changed the approach entirely. When trading becomes a challenge with a ranking, a timer, and a live opponent engagement and monetisation follow naturally.
